I think wedding parties just come up and use the grounds for photos without needing a permit or reservation; there are lots of good places to take pictures, from romantic couple shots on a bench nestled in trees to sweeping vistas fronted by the entire bridal party. The non-profit that runs it does rent out a large, attractive room that used to be the billiards/play room, but not for private events, only to other community organizations. One group had 4 bridesmaids and a flower girl. The bride had a fur shawl and the bridesmaids and flower girl all had pretty white fur capes tied at the neck with a big ribbon bow over their gowns.
