That sort of thing happened at my work in which the AC unit overflowed somehow, and it drained onto the ceiling of the bathroom, then leaked down into the paint, causing weird balloon looking things that eventually burst, sending water everywhere. It required a total retexture/repaint of the surface. With luck, you will get some upgrades out of it!! Ugh Neveh.
