Whoever came up with that whole superfluous bead dangle that's hanging between the bride's breasts really needs to be punished in ways beyond my imagination. The rest? When I was 10 (in 1991), my best friend and I were fantasizing about our Dream Weddings and we both said we wanted our dresses to have puffy sleeves that ended in pointed triangles over the backs of our hands. I would have loved this dress, even though it's missing the triangles. But in 2008? Way too dated. I'd be interested to see what a mutton sleeve without all the beading and bows looked like, but I suspect it would still look like a "Dynasty"-era holdover.
