What I noticed at my friend's wedding was that no one noticed what kinds of flowers were there! So for my wedding, I went to a really great grocery store in my area and asked the florist (a very nice, creative lady) to make some arrangements out of whatever happened to be in the store at the time and was the right colors. Since I didn't want anything exotic, this saved me a bundle, and looked really nice. I'd definitely recommend checking out florists in grocery stores if you can; they are often just as good at arrangements as stand-alone florists, and charge a lot less.

If you want roses, Costco.com is a great bet. I got mine 4 days before the wedding, put them in water two days before, and they were stunning. They were also a great price. I had lots of aunts around to help with arrangements and things so that made it an easy choice.
