It’s Not All White Satin and Handcrafted Lace…

Nope! Sometimes it’s camo:

Or even denim:

That’s it. No commentary. No judgments. Actually, I was hoping to leave that to you! Go on, have your say — we’d love to hear what you think about these sets.

Um … admire the intent, not so crazy about the specific results? (I think I just pulled something, resisting the snark.)

Wow, um, yeah. Snark is bad. Um. And we should never judge people based on the things they might purchase. Yeah. Don’t mind me over here.

Hey, how do you think they got those roses to look all green and brown like that?

For a truly scary look, wear those denim accessories with a lovely denim wedding gown! Yes, I’ve seen them.

It may be the crunchy granola girl in me talking, but while I wouldn’t want to witness an entire wedding of the denim theme, I’m actually kind of loving the ring pillow and the album cover.

Then again, I haven’t seen them close enough to get a good idea of the workmanship, and that’s going to make a HUGE difference.

OTOH, I’m tempted to suggest the camo motif is best used at a clandestine wedding where the bride and groom prefer not to be seen.

Actually, I’ve always liked that denim ballgown-style weddingdress. I think it’s pretty AND imaginative – and I’m not beyond doing that sort of thing in a nice brushed camo, myself. I like BOTH sets of bridal trinkets, and I’m very much a satin-and-lace kind of girl. Or, apparently, a denim-and-lace AND a camo-and-lace kind of girl. I have some nice olive lace which is going to go on a fitted and very flared camo dress – with a flouncy olive petticoat underneath it.

  6. I’d love to see that dress, La BellaDonna!

I am working on a dress that is like a denim mini skirt with lace at the bottom of it (the lace goes all the way to the ground and makes a small swoop train in the back), the top is like a denim halter with lace in the front section with pearl buttons. Of course denim is not for everyone, but in my case 1 this is a second marriage for us both and 2 I refuse to wear anything unless it is denim! I think people forget the real meaning of a wedding! It is two people who love each other and want to share that love with each other and their families. So many brides spend so much time making sure each detail is in place for the “perfect” day I think that they forget that there is a tomorrow too!

I was looking for denim wedding items for my friend who willl be the bride. I actually love the camo one my husband and i are looking to renew our vows and I promised since we did it “my way” the first time we would do camo and pink the second time! now I know were to find it thanks ya’ll. ps I think the mermaid dresses that are in style are the most tacky and repulsive things I have ever seen
