Cake Wrecks is filled with examples of professional bakers attempting to do work well beyond their ability. The wedding ones are always particularly heartrending and gut busting. A hand painted cake done by someone who knows what they're doing is a thing of beauty and a joy forever. One painted by someone who has never attempted the job before can be...disappointing, to say the least.
