LOVE/HATE: The If It’s Tasty Then You Shoulda Put a Ring On It Edition

And finally, on this, the last day of Wedding Photography Week, a very special multi-image edition of LOVE/HATE. Tell me, what do you think of wedding ring photography that features not fingers, but food…

Love it? Hate it? Think it’s slightly ridiculous but overall okay because, hey, no one’s getting hurt? (That’s my take.)

Ew. Well, except for the lemon one and the goldfish one. The cherries are cute too.

I agree with mkb. Cake, sure. Suckers, too. But the carrots are particularly weird choice. Broiled carrots and wedding rings?

I like the cupcake one, because hey, cupcakes! Some of the other might make more sense in the context of the wedding theme or decor.

I’m with the group on this one. The cupcake, the suckers, even the rings-and-lime-slice are cute. But the carrots and the olives are freaky looking.

Some of these presentations are adorable. Others are making me go “How on earth are those going to get clean?” at the rather, well, icky thought of a dripping vinegar-smelling ring.

Did like the lollipops and the cherries…hmmm.

My overall thought: Creative, possibly art, definitely not for everyone.

Wedding rings on cupcakes is not unusual anymore, though. :) But, I love the idea of this. :D The cherries are definitely cute.
