And before you reject this easy-peasy wedding day hairstyle, remember that there’s nothing that says a bride has to have hair teased into the stratosphere.

Not something I would have thought of, but some of those pictures are elegant and striking!
I realized one huuuge advantage to wearing a simple ponytail: The bride will look like herself. By that I mean: I’ve been to a wedding where the bride had her hair styled in a fashion she had never worn before or since, and with babies breath woven into it, and some other thing on her head. Honestly, it was hard to recognize her. Other brides–same basic thing. They’ve never had their hair like that before or since.
On the other hand, who hasn’t seen a girl with her hair in a ponytail at least once?
